Here is one I use to prepare for breakfast;) INGREDIENTS 2 bananas 1 mango 1 pineapple a handful of almonds a handful of coco chips 1 teaspoon of chia seed INSTRUCTIONS Cut in slice the bananas, mango, pinepapple in a bowl Mix the fruits and pour it into a new bowl Decorate as you wish with coco chips, chia seeds and almond Enjoy.
Almost one month with no meat or dairy! I am happy to have accomplished this 3 weeks and half. The results are great no more headache or stomach pain. But I have to admit for kids the change is really difficult,
