Golden mylk and raw cacao toast

September! Here we are ! For many of us, we are coming back at work with a pic in our activities. This is a key moment where we are consuming a lot of physical and mental energy. To help our body to handle this, I prepare great breakfasts. There is one of my favorite recipe, Golden mylk and raw cacao toast! These colors and perfumes wake me up gently and the super foods help to be strong along the morning stress. 🙂

 

INGREDIENTS FOR 1

  • 1 mug of vegan milk (here almond milk)
  • 1 spoon of marple syrup
  • 1 tea spoon of curcuma
  • 1 cinammon stick
  • 1 large slice of black bread
  • 1 spoon of almond butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tea spoon of raw cacao
  • 1 pinch of chia seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a pan, heat almond milk , marple syrup, curcuma and cinnamon stick
  2. Whip the ingredients in the pan for 2 or 3 minutes
  3. Let infuse the time to prepare your cacao toast
  4. Spread the almond butter on the bread
  5. Cut the half banana in slice
  6. Put the banana slices on the bread
  7. Sprinkle raw cacao and chia seeds
  8. Pour golden mylk in a mug
