Mango smoothie


Almost one month with no meat or dairy! I am happy to have accomplished this 3 weeks and half. The results are great no more headache or stomach pain. But I have to admit for kids the change is really difficult, they are in 50/50 meat/vegan diet but not enjoyed most of the meals I proposed. I am trying to find recipes which helps them to rediscover some veggies and fruits taste as this smoothie one I find great:

Mango smoothie

  • 1 mango cut in pieces
  • Juice of 3 oranges
  • 1 banana cut in pieces

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you get the texture you like and enjoy!
